Thank you for your wonderful work from last week. Lots of you managed to get on to the treasure map and make your own using the quiz tool. They were really fun to try out. Great work to everyone that managed to have a go. 

Today, we're going to have a go at 'Touch Typing'. It's tricky at first, but the more you practise the better you get.  It will really help you become a faster and more efficient typer. 

Work hard and enjoy the snow!

Treasure Island Map

Hi Class 3,

Thank you for working so hard with your ICT last week. I loved looking at all of your work. 

Today, I would like you to watch the recording of me completing my treasure island map and then have ago at doing your own. You will need to make sure you use the Key and quiz tool. If you have any questions, I will be on purple mash from 1.00pm today and will be happy to answer your questions. 

If you complete it quickly, you can then start from scratch with a blank page in advanced mode and complete a new picture. Make sure you have a key and you put the co-ordinates in under the Key. You will need to select the colours of your cells and write Key in too.

I will set another treasure island map on purple mash and another blank spreadsheet in advanced mode. 

Please hand them in if you get them finished. I can't wait to see them.
