October Half Term

Mrs Browns’ Half Term Challenge

 

 Sunday 8th November marks Remembrance Sunday, and Langar Church of England Primary school have been asked to contribute to Wiverton in the Vale online service. I would like you to choose one of the following tasks to complete over half term. Some of you will then be chosen to feature in the online service!

Make a poppy or a wreath. Could you use recycled materials or natural materials you have found in your garden?

 

SELF MANAGERS

Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Write a diary entry from the point of view of someone who experienced war. Maybe a child whose father is in the army or a soldier who has had to leave their family.
