We know that this is a good school. We know that children here are nurtured and cared for and receive a well rounded education. We know children here behave well because of our values based system. We know your children are being educated by a team of excellent educators. We know we have an outstanding package for the personal development and the wellbeing of children. We know the list of what we do well is too extensive to write here!

We know you value the work we do here. However, it is always pleasing when outside recognition is given for the work we do!

We have received a letter from parliament today, congratulating us for the exceptionally high outcomes for Key Stage 2 pupils last year. With 92% of pupils achieving the expected standard or higher in maths, reading and writing we are in the top 1% of primary schools in the country. Our pupils made outstanding progress across their primary journey with progress scores of 4.7 in reading, 6.2 in writing and 5.3 in maths placing our outcomes in the top 5% of primary schools in the country. 

We are always keen to point out that these outcomes are even more exceptional as they are down to excellent teaching - not hot housing, not boosting, not cramming and not narrowing the curriculum. Of this, we are really proud.
