Buddhism Day
Our children have had the most wonderful day, discovering aspects and features of Buddhism. They removed their shoes as they entered the 'sacred space' set up by Reverend and Mrs Johnson from Nottingham SACRE and then listened to the story of Buddha's Enlightenment, said a prayer using prayer beads and looked at a variety of artefacts. Activities continued in classrooms to ensure a really immersive day.
