I have often commented on here about the amazing generosity and kindness and people in our community. Selfless acts during this time of pressure and isolation provide a light in the darkness and we are proud to support a cause that has been instigated in the local area.
We are a group of residents from Langar and Barnstone who have come together to help out in the community during a time where some people are experiencing difficulty.
The Coronavirus Community Help Group have identified vulnerable residents who in the current climate are in need of our help. We are running a food bank to help our vulnerable so if you can donate any of the below items they would be greatly received.
If you are in need of the groups help please contact: Heather Whitaker on 07751131061 or hlsentance@hotmail.com
Please use the boxes located in the village to drop off items
LANGAR: On the village green / by the Village Pond, by the bench.
BARNSTONE: On the village green (near the phone box and gnomes), by the bench.
