We are starting to think about Christmas! And we need your help.
We have two fundraising events planned for the Christmas period and would love two teams of Friends to take a lead organising these.
The first is a Christmas hamper raffle. Last year staff donated items to create a 'Cosy Night in Hamper' which raised £250! However, we would ask this team to decide how to put the prize together, to publicise it and sell tickets.
The second is Christmas Film Night on Friday 16th December after school. This will follow the traditional carol service that we will be holding in church at 2.00pm. We would love a team of Friends to plan and run this event, which will include choosing a suitable film, deciding how many tickets to sell, carrying out the risk assessment, publicising the event, buying refreshments and supervising on the day.
