Maths on Show!
Our school has, once again, been used a beacon of good practice for the mastery approach we use to teach maths!
In his role as Primary Maths Tutor for Nottinghamshire Torch SCITT, Mr Owen-Jones regularly delivers training to student teachers. This time he wanted to allow them to see the approach he has talked about in action and to show how it works in reception, all the way through to year 6.
The student teachers gave really positive feedback about the day and praised children and staff for the warm welcome and insight into best practice we gave them.
