Vale of Belvoir Karate Club

The children had a fantastic karate demonstration last Friday from Myles who runs The Vale of Belvior Karate Club. 

 

The club meets in Harby Village Hall.

Every Tuesday 5.30pm – 6.15pm – all ages and grades
Every Thursday 6.00pm – 7.00pm – all ages and grades

 

Learn traditional Shotokan Karate.

  • Excellent for self-defence.
  • Develops attitude, control and disciplined behaviour.
  • Great for fitness.
  • Increases confidence.

All abilities from ages 6 to 60 and beyond.

The Senior Instructor is Sensei Myles Ponsonby 5th Dan (KUGB) who has over 30 years’ experience and is a Qualified Instructor, National Referee and Judge.

The club is affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB).
