Year 6 Author Workshop at Nottingham Forest

Year 6 had a wonderful day yesterday in the Executive Suite at Nottingham Forest with the author Paul Cookson. Mrs George and Mrs Sellars accompanied the children who were transported straight to the ground by parents. Great fun was had by all especially the children who won prizes! Cale and Henry won a Kindle each for their football match reports, Sam and Meg won a Forest shirt for their team working skills and Milli and Jess were rewarded for their ability to unscramble players name! The afternoon was spent writing poetry. All children were given a goody bag and a selection of poetry books!
