Dr. Helen Baxter – Foundation Governor and Vice Chair of Governors

I lived in Langar for around 25 years, and become a Foundation Governor as I believe in young people and the value of education within a positive environment. I was a consultant psychiatrist for many years and have now returned to university and am currently studying for a PhD.

 

I am appointed by the Diocese of Southwell and Nottinghamshire. In my role as a Foundation Governor, I have a particular responsibility to ensure that the Christian ethos of the school is reflected in all aspects of school life.
