We have started the term immersed in lots of wonderful learning experiences, which your children have taken part in enthusiastically and with big smiles on their faces! We enhance these class based experiences with extra-curricular activities which were shared on a letter you received this week. We are particularly excited to be hosting a gymnastics club for KS1 and yoga and mindfulness for KS2 – both of which we are sharing the cost with you by using our Sports Premium funding. Permission slips have been flooding in but we do have limited places available still. La Jolie Ronde is also a new club being held this term. Mrs Arkley is an experienced French teacher and native French speaker who is looking forward to passing on her language skills to your children. There are also places available in this club for you to sign up for via jacqueline.arkley@ntlworld.com .

The clubs letter is uploaded in the 'Clubs' section of this website so that you can print off a copy if you have lost your original one.

We also have a new baby and toddler music class being held in the school hall by Rattle and Roll. This is held weekly, during term time, on a Thursday at 10.00. It was well attended this morning but still has places available. As well as being a wonderful class for your baby or toddler it is also an opportunity for them to come into school and aide a smooth transition in readiness for when they come here full time!
