The children are having a collective worship this afternoon about the good work of food banks and similar charitable organisations. They will hopefully come back full of enthusiasm for the harvest appeal on Friday which is a collection for The Friary.
Please bring in these donations on Friday morning when they will be taken over to church.
The Friary are in desperate need of the following:
Essentials Bottles of water, crisps, cartons/canned drinks, cereal bars, Non-perishable food
Clothing
Men’s and Ladies Practical clothing & Footwear Joggers, leggings, jeans, hiking socks, T-shirts, shirts, blouses, jumpers, hoodies, fleeces, waterproofs, coats, jackets, belts, gloves, woollen hats, trainers, shoes, boots , rucksacks, holdalls
Household Items
Sleeping bags, roll mats, 1-2 person tents
Small electrical items – microwaves, kettles, toasters, small TVs, radios, lamps Towels, T- towels
